Welcome to KBL Driving Academy. By accessing our website, booking driving lessons, or purchasing any courses or services through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. About Us

KBL Driving Academy provides professional driving lessons and training services, including manual and automatic driving lessons, intensive courses, block bookings, and related services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be legally eligible to take driving lessons in the UK.
  • You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence before starting lessons.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all personal details provided are accurate.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All lessons and courses must be booked in advance.
  • Payment must be made in advance via website or agreed methods.
  • Prices are in GBP (£) and may change at any time.
  • Confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full lesson charges.
  • Intensive courses and block bookings may have separate cancellation terms.

5. Refund Policy

  • Single lessons may be refunded if cancelled within the required notice period.
  • Block bookings and intensive courses are generally non-refundable.
  • Unused lessons may be transferred at our discretion.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Lesson Conduct

  • Students must arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce lesson time.
  • Lessons will not proceed if a student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • We reserve the right to terminate lessons for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Instructor Substitution

  • We may change instructors due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
  • All instructors are fully qualified and approved.

8. Vehicle Use & Safety

  • All vehicles are fully insured for driving instruction.
  • Students must follow instructor guidance at all times.
  • Any fines or penalties caused by the student will be their responsibility.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy or reuse content without permission

All website content (logos, images, text) belongs to KBL Driving Academy.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Your data is used for:

  • Lesson bookings
